THE TWO ACCOUNTS
This chapter's source: communism was removed from the constitution in 2009 and
has since reappeared under Kim Jong Un.
Chapter 3's source: Kim Jong Un has revived communist terminology in party
rules since 2021.

HOW TO TREAT IT
They describe different documents (the constitution and party rules), so
they are not necessarily in conflict. Neither gives a precise date for the
reappearance in the constitution. I would report both, name each source,
and say the timing is unresolved.
