TASK
Report the size of the 9 and 16 June 2019 marches in one careful
paragraph, and explain why you would not average them.

PARAGRAPH
"On 9 June 2019 the Civil Human Rights Front organized a demonstration that
police estimated at 270,000 people and organizers at 1.03 million. On
16 June a larger gathering was estimated by organizers at about 2 million
and by police at about 338,000 at its peak. The two sides' figures differ by
roughly a factor of four and six respectively, and neither has been
verified here."

WHY NOT AVERAGE
- The figures come from parties with different interests and methods
  (crowd counts at a peak against cumulative attendance).
- An average would create a number nobody measured and would hide the
  disagreement, which is itself part of the record.

RULE
Give each estimate with its source, and say the true figure is not known.
