Answers (a short answer is enough; the full answer repeats the verb, with
the person changed to fit the speaker):

  (a) Yes: HIja'.  or  vISopnIS.     No: ghobe'.  or  vISopnISbe'.
  (b) Yes: HIja'.  or  DaleghlaH.    No: ghobe'.  or  DaleghlaHbe'.
  (c) Yes: HIja'.  or  tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh.
      No:  ghobe'. or  tlhIngan Hol vIjatlhbe'.

Why -'a' must come last:

  -'a' belongs to group 9, and group 9 comes after every other suffix group.
  No rover (-be', -Qo', -qu', -Ha') may follow it either.
