The chapter has a Mir figure ($4.2 billion) and the Shuttle's total from
Chapter 7 ($211 billion, 2012 dollars), but no ISS figure and none for Salyut.

WHAT YOU WOULD NEED
A cost for each in the same year's dollars, agreement on what is counted
(launch, operations, national contributions), and a source for each.
