Model answer (one example):

Claim: "Norway, nul points" was a phrase said on air.
Kind: folklore. The record shows Norway's zero scores (generally 1963, 1978, 1981 and 1997), but the tidy phrase is what the audience remembered and repeated.
To check: the official results for those years, and a source on how scores were announced.
