Model answer (one of many possible):

Winter: Busójárás at Mohács (Chapter 6).
Spring: Easter water-sprinkling, with festive embroidery (Chapters 6 and 3).
Summer: a craft fair for pottery and wood (Chapter 4).
Autumn: a harvest festival followed by a táncház evening (Chapters 6 and 7).

Any sensible choice with the right chapter reference is acceptable. Dates and customs vary by region and should be checked.
