Any four of: you may bring your own food, but the beer is bought from the garden; tables with cloths are often for those who bring food and tables without for those who buy from the kitchen; some areas are self-service with a deposit on the glass, others have table service; benches are shared, so ask whether a seat is free; say Prost and make eye contact when you toast; the beer mat goes under the glass and may be used to tally drinks; tell the waiter what you have had when you pay, and round up the tip.
