Sample judgement: cost and organisation are strong because a cooperative show with large outdoor sets depends on every broadcaster being willing to pay and agree. Changing taste is also strong but harder to measure. Any reasoned choice is acceptable, and the answer should recognise that no single cause explains the decline.
