what should happen before any lesson content is generated, per L5.

table (Japanese, Hungarian, French), the request should pause here
rather than silently generating a lesson - ask something like "Spanish
isn't in the languages table yet - would you like to add it, or was
this a one-off request?"

Step 2 — If the answer is yes, ask for the learner's actual level in
Spanish (and briefly, their goal/why, if it would help tailor future
lessons) - the same essentials already captured for Japanese, Hungarian,
and French (e.g. Japanese's "watch anime without subtitles, speak
naturally with real people" goal shapes how every Japanese lesson gets
written).

Step 3 — Pick and confirm a flag-derived accent colour for Spanish that
doesn't clash with the three colours already in use (red for Japanese,
green for Hungarian, blue for French) - something like a red/gold
combination reflecting the Spanish flag, adjusted as needed to stay
visually distinct from Japanese's own red.

Step 4 — Ask any other genuinely relevant questions the specific
situation calls for (dialect/register preference, since Spanish varies
notably between regions, would be a reasonable one here).

Step 5 — Only once all of the above is settled: add the new row to the
